Yes, We Speak Gujarati

I recently got a phone call that I don’t get every day. It was a Training Director for a major luxury hotel chain. His first question was “Can you help me translate a manual in Gujarati?” When I told him “of course we can translate Gujarati” I heard a huge sigh of relief on the other end of the line. Although the Indian language is the 26th most spoken native language in the world, honestly we don’t get a lot of requests for Gujarati. Our network of more than 200 translators helped make this an easy request to fulfill. For our client it was much bigger. A simple training manual in a native language helped their employees understand job tasks faster and more effectively. The employees also expressed their appreciation to their supervisors for providing native language training materials. Another satisfied client but many more satisfied employees.
